According to credible sources, the player and club are in advanced talks and he is likely to pen a two year deal.
It comes as a big surprise to many that the talented footballer is taking a step down from the Uganda Premier League to a lower division.
The former Mbarara City FC and KCCA player said that finances will play a big role on where next he plays in a recent interview.

Paul Mucureezi had also attracted interest from Uganda Premier League sides such as Express and URA FC.
The talented midfielder spent 2 years at Vipers after joining the Kitende based side in January 2020.
He however lacked playing time after his stint there was painted with injuries.
And after his contract expiring at St Mary’s, the player and club opted not to renew the contract mutually.
Kitara are currently seeking promotion to the Uganda Premier League next season.
The club are leading the table after 14 games with 30 points.
The club will play Karo Karungi FC today at St George’s Arena.
