Joaquin Ojera part ways with URA FC to join Rwanda’s side

Joaquin Ojera has parted ways with Ugandan side URA FC to join Rwanda’s side Rayon Sports.

He joined URA FC in 2018 July and he has spent 4 years and half at the club.

He mainly established his stay in the starting 11 of URA FC during Sam Ssimbwa’s regime.

Joaquin Ojera has not majorly been involved in URA FC’S first round due to suspension by the club having refused to cutt off salary as the team had proposed.

During that Saga other players that were involved are Shafiq Kagimu, Derrick Nsibambi and George Senkaaba, they were also banned.

Ojera helped Lango reach FUFA drum finals though they lost to West Nile on aggregate 3-2.

Ojera was part of the Ugandan Squad that represented Uganda in the 2020 CHAN tournament in Cameroon.

URA FC earlier lost striker Derrick Nsibambi.

Rayon Sports sits in the 2nd place with 31 points just 2 points below the table leaders AS kigali.
