Off to Italy- Crested Cranes striker unveiled by Italian side

Italian female football club Italian club Venezia Women Football Club has signed and unveiled Ugandan forward Natasha Shirazi.
Natasha Shirazi was unveiled yesterday together with teenage prodigy Nicole de Canal who was purchased from Sassuolo.
Venezia Feminile plays in Italy’s Serie C which is the country’s third football tier.
The 26 year old Crested Cranes forward was playing for Turkish powerhouse, Besiktas.
She had joined the club in August 2022 but left before the closure of this transfer window.
Shirazi has a wide experience as she’s played for several clubs across Europe such as B93 and Nordsjaelland in Denmark, Rayo Vallecano and FF La Solana in Spain and Israel’s Maccabi Kishronot Hadera.
The player also has two caps to her name for the Ugandan female national football team.
She was part of the squad which won last year’s CECAFA women’s title in Njeru in 2022.
