Busiro defeated Buddu 2-1 thanks to goals from winger Isaac Ofoyrwoth and midifielder Masuudi Kafumbe.
On the other side, Denis Kalanzi scored the only goal for Buddu.
Busiro looked a better side than Buddu. This saw them score early in the first half before Kalanzi equalled for Buddu.
In the second half, Busiro didn’t stop pushing for a win. Not until Kafumbe scored in the added time to gift them glory.

Busiro walked away with cash prize of Sh 12M, Gold medals and glittering trophy.
Meanwhile Buddu walked away with a cash prize of Sh 9M and Silver Medals.
Buddu have now lost 4 finals in the Masaza cup. That is 2015 and 2018 against Singo, 2020 against Gomba, and 2022 against Busiro.
Busiro have joined other Masazas to have won the finals having lost their first final in 2019 against Bulemeezi.
