Video: Lionel Messi issues apology after being suspended by PSG

Football superstar Lionel Messi has come out to issue an apology to fans and fellow players of PSG. This is after the French club suspended him for 2 weeks both missing games and denying him his weekly wages.
This is after an unauthorized trip to Saudi Arabia. The 7 Ballon D’or winner said that he thought they would have a day off as they usually do after games thus making the trip.
Besides, he had already postponed the trip once and he couldn’t afford to cancel it once again. However, the football GOAT said that he’s sorry both to the fans and his fellow players.
Apparently he’s only awaiting what the club will do with him.
“I thought we were going to have a day off after the game as always. I had this trip organized and I couldn’t cancel it. I had already canceled it before…”. “I apologize to my teammates and I’m waiting for what the club wants to do with me”.
It’s however very clear now that the Argentine wont be renewing his contract with the Parisiennes. His intentions were made clear to the club a month ago. A return to his former club, Barcelona looks likely on the cards.
