Vipers SC comfortably dismantled Soltilo Bright Stars to end first leg with a 4-0 win advantage.
A brace from Bright Anukani, And goals from Yunus Sentamu and Abdul Karim Watambala were enough to guide the Venoms to Victory.
Vipers started demanding right from the beginning that saw their captain Milton Karusa being fouled in the unavoidable area in the 10th Minute.
As Usual, Bright Anukani stood in for the responsibility and his effort earned the Venoms an early lead.
Striker Yunnus Sentamu doubled the lead 7 minutes later after be was well fed by his captain Milton Karusa.
Midfielder Bright Anukani made the score 3-0 towards the end of first half when he striked long from his own half.
In the second half, Vipers didn’t stop demanding with Abdul Karim Watambala forcing Bright Stars custodian Hassan Matovu excellent saves in the 47th and 78th minute.
Finally Karim Watambala completed the score in the 90th minute when he converted a penalty after substitute Cromwel Rwothomio was fouled in the box area.
Following this heavy win, Alex Isabirye stands a chance to win double at Vipers as even in the league he is still on top.
The return leg between the two sides will be on 30th May at Kavumba Recreation Grounds.
The winner after the final whistle will face off the winner between Police and Adjumani TC FC.
