URA FC have continued to impress in the ongoing transfer window as they have landed midifielder Ibrahim Wammanah.
Ibrahim Wammanah has joined the Tax Collectors from Army side UPDF FC where he has spent 4 years.
Ibrahim Wammanah has put pen on paper a two year working contract with the Tax Collectors.
Ibrahim Wammanah expressed his delight upon joining the 4 time Uganda Premier league winners.
