Vipers SC axes more four players as squad shakeup continues.

Uganda Premier League reigning Champions Vipers Sports Club have continued to shake up their squad by releasing more four players.
The released players include forward Karim Ndugwa, Cromwell Rwothomio, Najib Yiga and Umar Kyebatara.
Earlier , Vipers released the likes of Frank Zaga Tumwesigye, Bashir Asiku, Olivier Osamba, Gracia Mpongo, Musa Ssali, Disan Galiwanga, Serge Robert Mwenge and Ibrahim Orit.
Vipers opted to create room for more new energy as preparations for season 2023/2024 season continues.
Among the released players, Najib Yiga and Umar Kyebatara are graduates from St Mary’s Kitende though have failed to leave above expectations.
Meanwhile Another released player Karim Ndugwa joined Vipers from BUL in the recently finished January transfer window.
He had signed a two year working contract with the Venoms and so his contract has been terminated.
Vipers already confirmed the signings of David Bagoole, Richard Matovu, Giancarlo Lopez Rodriguez, Luiz Otavio, Mohamed Salem Ekbad, Grant Matsiko and Patrick Mbowa.
