SC Villa had to use excess energy to secure a point against Maroons at Prison Grounds.
It was their first league point, after losing their opening game against Kitara 2-1 at Wankulukuku stadium.
In a game where both teams looked blunt, Maroons appeared to be slightly better with a first half better scoring chance.
Darius Ojok found himself with a goalkeeper to beat opportunity but failed to capitalize.
Fred Amaku opened the score for Maroons FC in the 60th minute when he headed in thanks to a well delivered cross from Darius Ojok.
In the 65th minute, Center back Odongo equalised for SC Villa.
In the closing minutes, both teams failed to create scoring chances that would decide the winner.
The results means SC Villa occupy the 5th place with 4 points.
On the other side, SC Villa occupy the 9th place with only 1 point.
