Injury update: Vipers SC rule out Goalkeeper Mudekereza for three month

2022/2023 Uganda Cup as well Startimes Uganda Premier League Champions Vipers SC have ruled out their goalkeeper Alfred Mudekereza for three months.
Alfred Mudekereza sustained an injury of a broken finger towards the end of last season. He is yet to recover.
Vipers SC confirmed the development on their official Social media pages.
” Goalkeeper Alfred Mudekereza has undergone a detection and immobilization of his fractured left small finger sustained last season and will be out for three months”.
The Congolese international wasn’t available to help Vipers SC in CAF Champions League Preliminary rounds of this season.
Despite his long time absence, Vipers’ head coach Leonard Martins will still have good options. They include Burundi’s international Fabien Mutombora, Jack Komakech and Denis Kiggundu..
Vipers will get back to action in Startimes Uganda Premier League on 20th October as they will be hosting SC Villa at St Mary’s Kitende.
