French national team captain Kylian Mbappe has had his future always up for doubt in the recent couple of years and even the French President, Emmanuel Macron had to intervene to stop him from joining Real Madrid.
However, despite signing a 2 year contract a year ago, his future is still up in doubts. This contract will expire at the end of this season and there is a high possibility that he might quit PSG.
Rumors have always strongly linked him to Spanish giants, Real Madrid. However, word came out a few days ago that the Los Blancos won’t sign the 24 year old. Apparently, they are no longer interested in services.
And with months just left on his contract, rumors are already making rounds about his future. His former manager, Thomas Tuchel who is currently at Bayern Munich was asked about the possibility of signing the 24 year old.
The German said that he would love the possibility and if it arose, he would definitely pick up the World Cup winner himself. Tuchel however added that this is a dream far from reality as he doesn’t see it happening.
“Do I want to sign Kylian Mbappé? Yes yes, he’s going to play for us, that’s clear (laughs)”.
“He’s extraordinary. If he wants to come, I’ll go pick him up by bike! But I think that’s not going to be reality”, he told Canal Plus.
Mbappe has been severally advised to leave the Parisian club if he’s to achieve more in football. Besides, his years are slowly getting wasted away in France where there isn’t much competitiveness.
Furthermore, it’s said even Lionel Messi advised Mbappe to leave PSG. And join a club with a real ambition of he’s to achieve more in his career.
