Sad news for Barcelona and Spain as Gavi injury is WORSE

Barcelona and Spain have been dealt a huge blow after the assessment of midfielder, Gavi’s injury. The 19 year old was forced off yesterday in Spain’s 3-1 win over Georgia in the 2024 EURO qualifiers.
Apparently the Barcelona player walked off the pitch in tears. Midway through the first half, Gavi landed awkwardly as he controlled the ball.
The Catalans have now revealed that he will be out for the entire season as he suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). According to a statement released by the club, the footballer will be sidelined for 7-9 months.
Therefore Gavi is now a major doubt for the 2024 EUROS which will take place in Germany between June and July. Besides, it’s not clear if he will also attend the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
For his season with Barcelona, it’s complete over and he won’t feature again. It’s also believes that he might be back for the 2024/25 preseason after the Euros.
“Gavi has torn his ACL and the meniscus of his knee is also affected.
He will be out for 7-9 months, his season is over — further tests confirm.
