Ahead of the upcoming transfer window, KCCA FC is interested in signing former SC Villa striker Ivan Bogere.
Following his departure from the record Uganda Premier League winners SC Villa, Bogere is currently a free agent.

The attacker had six months remaining on his contract when he abruptly quit SC Villa in January of this year.

As far as this website is aware, KCCA FC has already indicated that they would like to sign Bogere. The Kasasiro Boys were also considering hiring him when he was at Proline.

Bogere had managed to score three goals in the league for Dusan Stojanovic’s team this season at the time of his departure from SC Villa.

He left Proline FC to join SC Villa at the beginning of the 2022–2023 season on a two-year contract.

The former Uganda Hippos striker scored 14 goals in a fantastic debut FUFA Big League season with Proline in 2018–19.

With five goals, he also took first place in the 2020 CECAFA U20 (AFCON Qualifiers) in Arusha, Tanzania.

Bogere has played for Wakiso Giants in the past in addition to Proline FC and SC Villa.
