MYDA FC and Ntungasaze promotd to the FUFA Big League

After winning their respective return leg fixtures, former UPL team MYDA FC and Buganda Regional League winners Ntungasaze FC were athletically promoted to the FUFA Big League. Ntungasaze FC won 2-0 thanks to goals from super substitutes Micheal Kimera and Calvin Peter Emayo, who each scored in the first and second halves, respectively.
Isaac Apenyo was replaced by Kimera due to an injury.
Ntungasaze FC was promoted to the FUFA Big League automatically based on aggregate score of 3-2; Proline FC having won the first leg, which was played in Mityana, 2-1.
Edgar Luzige’s Busei FC was defeated 2-0 by former Uganda Premier League team MYDA FC, with to goals from John Brian Otim and Innocent Opira.
After a 1-1 draw in the first leg between the two teams, MYDA FC advances 3-1 overall.
The match between Buhimba Saints United FC and Ntoda FC will take place at the Kigaya Church of Uganda grounds in Hoima tomorrow, Friday, June 28.
In the first leg, Buhimba Saints United FC and Ntoda FC drew a blank.
