In the final contested on Sunday night at MTN Omondi Stadium under floodlights, BUL FC easily defeated Vipers SC, the 2019 winners, in a shootout to capture back-to-back FUFA Super 8 trophies.
The victor was to be determined by a penalty shootout following a goalless draw in both normal and extra time.

Dennis Kiggundu, the custodian for Vipers SC, denied Lawrence Tezikya the chance to put BUL ahead in the second extra time period before to the shootout.
Early in the dull match at Lugogo, Vipers had good scoring chances through Milton Karisa and Kenneth Kimera as well.
Uganda Cranes Select team won 2-0 against Kitara FC in the preliminary round to secure third position.
Henry Kitegenyi, a striker for Mbarara City FC, scored both goals for the team led by Sam Ssimbwa.
