Uchanda, Ssenyonga win Fortebet Real Stars sports monthly awards.

Uganda netball federation aspiring President Jocelyn Uchanda yields from her commitment towards the game on netball by receiving much recognition from Real Stars sports agency.
The long serving NIC netball club and Uganda national netball team (She Cranes) manager received the lifetime sports achievers award from the awards organised on 3 September 2024 at Lazo restaurant in Kololo.
Following the announcement Uchanda authored a real leadership statement towards acting sports winners from Football, Boxing and Basketball “I appreciate Forte bet Real Stars for the award I didn’t know that am valued to this level, for a long time I have been in sports Management this time I feel special”.
Mostly am known for netball but in sports we are one family, I congratulate winners from Basketball, Football and Boxing but also I urge you to love what your doing, in netball we reached where we managed to reach because we loved what we were doing”
The award previously won by Former Mukwenda Godfrey Mbalire in July for his services towards Masaza cup and on its return, it was received by Uchanda.
The well composed sports administrator was on the podium along with three winners from three different sports disciplines.
In football Julius Ssenyonga replaced his teammate and Captain from Ssaza Ssingo Joseph Ssewali as best in football.
To get named the best of August, Ssenyonga kept 3 clean sheets from 3 games played in Masaza cup 2024.
The young promising goal keeper 19, previously won two best goal keepers awards in Buganda regional League with Ntugasazi FC and Kiyinda Boys
Today he has beaten fellow Masaza cup boys Iravai Mamur and Robert Ssewanyana for the award.
The Mult sport awards also had other winners as Lydia Babirye winning the Basketball best player of August.
The USA college based Scholar posted an MVP award winning performance from the Basketball 3×3 world cup qualifier where she helped Uganda scoop a slot to the event which will be hosted by Mongolia.
Babirye beats KIU Ranger’s Joel Lukoji and UCU Canon’s Shakira Navubya for the accolade.
In Boxing John Sserunjoji won the award over David Ssemuju and Canrad Sseruyange to become boxing real star of August.
This has been Sserunjoji’s second Forte bet real stars sports monthly award with the first coming in December last year.
The middleweight boxer was highlighted for his performance which saw him beats Egyptian Ahmed Boloshy by Knockout in 8th round.
All the winners were available for their accolades received with an envelope and it was handed over by Buikwe South Aspiring member of Parliament Isaac Mukasa joined by representatives from Jude Colour solutions and Fortebet.
