Arsenal dealt with new injury crisis after Leandro Trossard goes off for Belgium

Arsenal are facing a new injury concern after Leandro Trossard had to leave the field while playing for Belgium.
The Gunners winger started in his national team’s lineup against Israel on Sunday. However, his match ended prematurely as he was substituted in the 37th minute, with Johan Bakayoko taking his place.
Initially, it was unclear what problem was affecting the Arsenal player, but he appeared to be moving uncomfortably before he was taken off. Trossard, who is 29 years old, has played 15 games for Arsenal this season, scoring two goals.
A long-term injury would be a significant setback for Gunners manager Arteta, especially since the North London team has struggled with numerous injuries this season. Captain Martin Odegaard suffered a serious injury during the September international break and has just recently made his return to fitness.
However, the Norwegian midfielder opted out of his country’s latest squad as a precaution. He explained his choice by stating: “ “I got through the match at the weekend, but it was a rather abrupt transition from the last nine weeks.”
“In this kind of process, you don’t just go from being injured to suddenly being completely healthy. You tend to have a reaction to what happens, and then it’s about how you react to it. Together with the NFF’s medical team, we’ve looked at it and agreed that it’s better for me to go back and make a full recovery.
