Defender Islam Ssemakula who currently plays for Kampala Regional side Lungujja Galaxy has finalized a move to Club Sportiv Orasenesc Retezatul Hateg which plays in the third division of Romania.
Ssemakula will officially join his new club on the 15th of January 2023 on a two year deal. This contract is renewable depending on his perfromance.
The defender has been a major part of the regional team having joined the youth team of Lungujja Galaxy in 2017 from Kazo United.
His move has been spearheaded by ex KCCA striker Umar Bulega and Bashir Lumala who is a healthcare specialist inBiotechnology.
The duo are agents who have been at the front of negotiating contracts for several players from Uganda such as Aziz Kayondo, Erias Ssekisambu and ex Kenyan international Noah wafula among others.
The pair have aslo at one time represented Uganda Cranes assistant coach Moses Basena at a time he had joined Rwandan side Sunrise plus former Vipers coach Javier Martinez.
