Kampala Queens have continued to spend their money on players that will help them perform well in the forthcoming CECAFA Zonal qualifiers for the CAF Women’s Champions league.
This time round, a big signature has come from Uganda Martyrs in the names of Catherine Nagadya.
Kampala Queens have put on paper a three year working contract on arguably the best player of Uganda Martyrs last season.
Nagadya scored seven league goals and provided 12 assists in 17 games for the Lubaga based side putting his name first.
Catherine Nagadya also helped Uganda Martyrs win the FUFA Women’s Cup in Lira against She Maroons.
The newly signed Nagadya is currently in the U18 national team camp in Njeru as they prepare for the forthcoming CECAFA tournament to be held in Kenya.
She will join Kampala Queens immediately after the tournament.
Nagadya joins the early four signatures of Shakira Nyinagahirwa, Hadijah Nandago, Samalie Nakacwa from Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC and Ikwaput.
