KCCA FC takes on Maroons in a must win for Traguil

KCCA FC will today on Tuesday 3rd October resume playing in Startimes Uganda Premier League as they will be hosting Maroons FC at MTN Omondi Stadium.

It is a must win for KCCA FC head coach Sergio Daniel Moniz Traguil who if losses will pile pressure on himself.

KCCA FC comes into the game after being eliminated in CAF Confederations Cup by Libya’s Abu Salim on a 5-4 score.

They also lost their opening league game against BUL FC on a 1-0 score at FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.

Meanwhile Maroons FC comes into the game still with their unbeaten run. They defeated Wakiso Giants in their opening game and drew with SC Villa in their following game.

” It’s a tough situation, and all the players gave their best. They’re disappointed, but the only way Foward is to win on Tuesday.” KCCA FC head coach Sergio Daniel Moniz Traguil said before the game.

Meanwhile Maroons FC’S head coach Mohammed Senfuma also had a say before the game.

” It’s expected to be a challenging game. Despite their recent CAF CC elimination, they might use that as motivation. But we have prepared diligently and understand that unity is crucial for victory”.

KCCA FC comes into game without players like Julius Poloto, Emmanuel Loki, Anthony Emojong and Mustafa Kizza remains a doubt.
