Names such as Ivan Toney, Karim Benzema, Victor Osimhen, Dominic Solanke have often been named in the Gunners circles. Mikel Arteta’s who are yet to make a signing have now been linked to Zirkzee.
The former Bayern Munich striker has been in sublime form for Bologna in the Serie A in the second spell of the season. Apparently, Arsenal has hopes of signing him for just £34m since it’s his release clause.
However, Bologna’s sporting director said this release clause only applies to his former side, Bayern Munich. Other potential suitors will have to fork out a few in the region of £50m.
“It’s only valid for Bayern Munich.”
Manchester United have also been linked to the striker. Arsenal will therefore have to be quick in their decision making as they aren’t the only ones eying a move for him. Arsenal dealt huge blow in pursuit of Joshua Zirkzee
