Al Hilal Terminate Neymar’s Contract. News has been making rounds on different Internet platforms on how Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal terminated one of their star players, Neymar Jr’s contract. It should be noted that the Brazilian footballer suffered a season ending injury in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers last year.
He’s undergoing rehabilitation to be for the next season. Apparently, the former Santos, Barcelona and PSG forward will miss his country’s Copa America tournament and the Olympics.
In regards to his contract at Al Hilal, the club has denied terminating it. They are only trying to create a spot for another foreign player and this is fellow Brazilian, Renani Lodi. The Olympique Marseille player is on the verge of joining the Saudi Pro League leaders.
However, they can’t be able to register him because all of their spots for foreign players are filled up. Since Neymar won’t be able to play again this season, he will have to make room. This however doesn’t mean that his contract is going to be terminated.
