Winger Viane Sekajugo, who was a free agent after leaving URA FC at the end of the previous season, has signed a one-year contract with BUL FC.
He was on the verge of joining NEC FC at the beginning of the current campaign, but the deal fell through at the last minute. His arrival strengthens BUL’s attacking force after the team struggled to score goals in the first half of the season.
A seasoned forward, Sekajugo has played for Masaka LC, Wakiso Giants, Onduparaka FC, The Saints, and KJT. Karim Ndugwa, a striker who was a free agent after leaving Ethiopia’s Hambericho Durame, has also joined BUL FC.
As the season enters its second round, the team led by Abbey Bogere Kikomeko will be hoping for a decent finish. With 20 points from their 15 games thus far, BUL FC is now in a far-off ninth place on the UPL table.
