Uganda Premier League side Wakiso Giants‘ exciting winger Ibrahim Kasule’s next move has been revealed and he’s set for a spell abroad.
According to reliable sources, Kasule is set to join American Major League Next Pro side New York Red Bull (II).
Having put up excellent performances in the first round of the UPL, Kasule’s name has been up in speculations about his next move.
The attacker registered 5 goals and 5 assists in 14 games.
Kasule who came through the Masaza cup tournament has been a joy to watch for the past two years.
And one can reliably say that the future is just bright for him.
It is not only Ibrahim Kasule however set to finalize a move to New York Red Bulls II, he will move along with teammate, Frank Ssebufu.
Ssebufu has been with the Uganda Cranes team in the CHAN tournament where they didn’t get past the group stages.
Meanwhile Ibrahim Kasule was dropped from the final team after rumors that he was working on his transfer abroad.
Once the duo finalize their move to the US, they will join two other Ugandans.
These are headcoach, Ibrahim Sekagya and winger Steven Sserwada.
New York Red Bulls II is the reserve team for MLS side New York Red Bulls.
It plays in the third tier of the American Soccer Pyramid.
