Stanbic Uganda Cup kicks off, Micheal Kagiri saves Kitara FC while Four Big league side are knocked out.

Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 64 kicked off on 29th Jan Sunday with Kitara FC advancing while NEC FC, Luweero United, Northern Gateway and Soroti City knocked out by Pajule lions, Blue stars FC, Admn FC and Junior Eagles FC respectively.
Kitara FC knocked out Free stars FC in penalty (3-0) kicks after a goalless draw in the 90 minutes.
Kitara FC ‘ goalkeeper Micheal Kagiri was the hero of the day when he saved three penalties with one getting wide.
Abbas Kateregga, John Wesley and Jasper Aheebwa sealed Kitara FC ‘s spot in the Round of 32 when their converted their penalties.
