Mubiru will however have to compete for a starting berth with the likes of Kagawa Ssenoga, Julius Poloto and Rogers Mato among other players at KCCA.
The winger is also part of the Uganda Hippos who are currently in Egypt.
These are set to represent the country in the U20 AFCON tournament in the North African country.
Speaking after his transfer, Mubiru expressed his joy and can’t wait to get started for the Kasasiro boys.
“I am delighted to put pen to paper for this great club. This is one of the biggest clubs in the CECAFA region and it is every young player’s dream to play for a team like this. I want to give my all for this club and I want to win so many titles here. The club has welcomed me well and I know a number of players because we have played school and youth football together. This will help me settle in quickly and play.”
