Mukwala hits double figures as Asante Kotoko returns to winning ways

Ugandan forward Steven Desse Mukwala scored two goals to reach ten as his side Asante Kotoko was edging Real Tamale with a (4-0) score.
The game was played on Sunday 2nd April at Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
Steven Mukwala scored brace as teammates Augustine Agyapong and Brazilian forward Matheus Medieros scored 1 apiece.
Augustine Agyapong opened the score for Asante Kotoko in the 37th minute moments after Real Tamale’s Yaw O was shown Marching orders in the 33rd minute.
In the 48th minute, Steven Mukwala converted a penalty kick before he completed his brace in the 66th minute.
The two goals took Mukwala to double figures with 10, 1 behind the top scorer Mezack Afriyie who has 11.
Asante Kotoko returned to winning ways after failing to win any in the last two games.
Asante Kotoko are currently 5th in Ghana Premier League with 38 points from 24 games .
They (Asante Kotoko) are 6 points below the table leaders Aduana stars who have 44 points from 25 games.
Asante Kotoko resumes action on Wednesday 5th April as they will be hosting King Faisal FC.
