Fred Mugerwa names provisional squad for She Cranes upcoming 2023 Netball World Cup

Head Coach She Cranes Fred Mugerwa has named his Provisional squad to face off in the upcoming Netball World Cup.

On the squad, he has summoned 9 defenders, 9 Mid court players and 10 shooters a total of 28 players.

Uganda who currently stepped behind in INF rankings to 8th place are in Group D with opponents like New Zealand, Trinidad and Tobago and Singapore.

New Zealand are currently 2nd best in the INF rankings, Trinidad and Tobago are in 11th place while Singapore comes 27th.

The 2023 Netball World Cup will take place in Capetown from 28th July – 6th August 2023 in South Africa.
