Vipers releases several players in club shake-up

The reigning Uganda Premier League champions, Vipers SC has started releasing several players in what appears to be a massive club shake up.
Players such as Bashir Asiku, Frank Tumwesigye alias Zaga, Disan Galiwango and Ibrahim Orit are all set to leave the club. Orit and Galiwango have already departed the club.
Galiwango joined the Venoms in 2020 from Express and has won 2 UPL titles and a Uganda Cup.
With a heavy heart i anounce my departure from Vipers FC and would like to express my gratitute to the team and fans. It has been a great stay filled with unending support , skills growth, strong bonds and many achievements.

On the other hand, Ibrahim Orit joined the Kitende based side on a 3 year deL from Mbarara City.

It is also expected that 4 Congolese players in Rodriguez Shamamba, Gracia Mpongo Mbombo, Serge Robert Mwenge and Darcy Mbaka Kipoyi are set to be shown the exit door.
