Caicedo is better than Declan Rice- Brighton reject Chelsea huge bid

English Premier League side Brighton FC have turned down an improved bid from Chelsea for Ecuadorian, Moises Caicedo. Chelsea is believed to have submitted a bid amounting to 80m pounds (93m Euros).
The Seagulls however turned it down as they believe that the 21 year old is better than Englishmam Declan Rice who Arsenal paid 105m pounds for.
Although this bid was rejected, it’s said that the club’s are still locked in negotiations. Caicedo was close to joining Arsenal in January but Roberto De Zerbi’s side turned down a 70m bid.

Brighton however since then have a gentleman’s agreement with the midfielder. He is free to leave if a sufficient bid comes in.
The versatile player has already joined Brighton’s preseason camp. It is believed that Caicedo is keen on this move to the Blues.
It is just a matter of time before Mauricio Pochettino gets his man.
