FUFA Confirms dates for Semifinal clash between KCCA and URA in Pilsner Super 8 tournament.

The Federation of Uganda Football Association Competitions Department has confirmed new dates for Semifinal clash between KCCA FC and URA FC in Pilsner Super 8 tournament.

The match was supposed to be on 20th, August but was later postponed following the death of URA head coach Sam Timbe.

The confirmed new date will be on 25th, August 2023 and the match will be featured at KCCA FC grounds, MTN Omondi Stadium.

On Tuesday, KCCA FC also lost their grounds man Robert Balaba and so will be a moment of silence before the game to honour the two departed spirits.

URA FC resumed training on Wednesday with tactics of assistant coach Fred Muhumuza.

The winner between the two sides (KCCA FC and URA FC) will face BUL FC in finals.

Meanwhile the loser between the two sides (KCCA FC and URA FC) will face SC Villa to determine who takes the third place.

KCCA will mainly relie on history as they remain the only team among the 3 teams in the tournament to win (2018).
