Is it money? Messi reveals what went wrong at PSG and why Inter Miami

It is no longer a secret that the Greatest of All Time (GOAT) Lionel Messi is going to play in the Major League Soccer (MLS) as he chose Inter Miami as his next decision. Messi was offered a lucrative deal worth a billion euros for two years at Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal.
However he rejected in favor of a move to the US. His former side FC Barcelona was also in the bid to resign their former captain but it didn’t go well according to plan.
According to the 35 year old, he made this decision in order to concentrate on his family. Besides, he has reached to a point of where he wants to be a bit away from the spotlight. The Argentina national team captain said that the past two years at PSG have been difficult as he didn’t enjoy time with his kids.
“I really wanted to return to Barça, I had that dream. But after what happened two years ago, I did not want to be in the same situation again, leaving my future in the hands of someone else…”. #FCB “I wanted to take my own decision, thinking of me and my family”.
Further Leo Messi said that he had Laliga had given a green light for his return. However, he didn’t want to be the reason why his former club was going to sell and reduce other player’s salaries. He however dreams of going back to the club and helping them in one way or another.
“I heard reports of La Liga giving the green light but the truth is that many, really many things were still missing in order to make my return to Barça happen”, told MD #FCB “I didn’t want to be responsible for them to sell players or reduce salaries. I was tired”.
