Manchester United want three players from PSG in exchange of Marcus Rashford
March 14, 2024
According to reports, Paris Saint-Germain intends to try again in the summer transfer season to entice Marcus Rashford away from Manchester United with an offer of £75 million. The Ligue 1 powerhouses are in the process of trying to capture Rashford as recently as last year in an attempt to find a worthy replacement for Kylian Mbappe, who is headed to Real Madrid.
However, it is rumored that United values the 26-year-old closer to £100 million. If PSG is unable to pay the asking price, they may need to add one of their current attackers to sweeten the deal.
In order to complete what would be a fantastic striker switch-up at the start of the Sir Jim Ratcliffe era at Old Trafford, Express Sport goes over three possible choices.
Rando Kolo Muani
Following his withdrawal from negotiations with Tottenham Hotspur over Harry Kane in the summer of last year, Randal Kolo Muani was reportedly high on United’s shortlist.
But the team decided to sign Rasmus Hojlund for £72 million, while Kolo Muani moved from Eintracht Frankfurt to PSG for a slightly higher fee of £76 million.
Despite making just 16 starts this season, the 25-year-old Frenchman has played as prominent a role as he would have liked.

With 30 games, he has nine goals and three assists, and he might provide Hojlund the challenge he hasn’t had this season.
Goncalo Ramos
Similar to Kolo Muani, Goncalo Ramos was previously connected to a transfer to Old Trafford as Hojlund completed a dream move from Atalanta.
Before Les Parisiens finalized the £70 million permanent transfer in November, the 22-year-old had joined PSG on loan from Benfica just last summer.
This year, reports have suggested that PSG may already be considering using the Portugal international as a cash cow. If United maintains interest in Rashford, he might be the ideal makeweight in a deal.
Ousmane Dembele
In terms of attacking last summer, PSG was quite active. Kolo Muani, Ramos, and Ousmane Dembele arrived at the Parc des Princes together.Dembele has played in 32 games, making 24 starts, after leaving Barcelona in a trade of £44 million. He has only once scored in his first season in France, but he has contributed 12 assists.
Since his £86 million arrival in 2022, Antony has failed miserably; Alejandro Garnacho is now Erik ten Hag’s preferred right-winger, and Michael Olise of Crystal Palace is being connected to the player.
Additionally, Dembele and United have been connected in the past; however, instead of acting as a new
