Brazilian coach Beto Bianchi shown the exit door by Vipers
March 9, 2023
Kitende based side Vipers SC have reliably confirmed how they have sacked Brazilian tactician Beto Bianchi.
The club via their website said that the Bianchi’s contract had been terminated with immediate effect.
Vipers proceeded to thank him for his tireless efforts at the club.
“Vipers Sports Club announces that the contract of head Coach Beto Bianchi has been terminated with immediate effect. The club would like to thank Bianchi for his tireless efforts during his time at the club and wish him success in his future endeavours. We remain; One Team One Dream.”
It should be recalled that Bianchi was hired two months ago to replace another Brazilian coach, Robertinho.
Robertinho who had led Vipers to their first ever CAF Champions League groupstage qualification had joined Tanzanian giants Simba SC.
Bianchi has however led Vipers through a very horrible time.
The club has lost 3 of the 4 CAF Champions League groupstage games and drawn one failing to score in each of them.
Bianchi has been at the helm of Vipers for a total of 6 games and has won none.
Despite having some of the most lethal strikers, Vipers didn’t register a goal in any of these six games.
For now it’s waited to see who the club will appoint as the next coach although there are calls for a local coach amongst the club’s fans.
