The sugar company will be Kitara FC’s shirt sponsor until September 2023 in a deal worth Shs 50m.
It will therefore be the Kinyara Sugar logo across Kitara FC’S jerseys.
This is a huge boost for the club under coach Sam Ssimbwa as they fight to return to top flight football next season.
“We are excited to have Kinyara Sugar Limited on board, their arrival is indeed timely. They have given us 50 million Uganda shillings which will assist improve the finances of the club. This is as we continue to embark on returning to the top flight league.”

Kinyara Sugar has until recently been sponsoring golf before expanding to football.

And we are excited that our name will now be going beyond the region,” an elated Caroline Amongin said.
The new jerseys will come inro effect tomorrow Friday 17th as the Hoima based club hosts Booma FC at Kigaya playground in the Bunyoro derby.
