FUFA Big League- Mbarara City and NEC face off in top of the table clash

Match day 19 in the FUFA Big League will see table leaders NEC travel to Mbarara to take on Mbarara City FC at Kakyeka stadium.

This is a top of the table clash as NEC sit in the first spot with 36 points while Mbarara City are in second with just a point behind at 35.

The Ankore Lions saw NEC pip them to the top spot after their goalless draw against Lugazi in their last game.

NEC on the other hand beat Ndejje University by a goal to nil which was scored by Marvin Kavuma.

The Army side therefore knows that a slip up will see them ejected out of top spot.

Kitara who are yet to win a game under Sam Ssimbwa will host Lugazi in Hoima.

The club has drawn all their 3 games ever since the second round of the FUFA Big League resumed.

4th placed Police FC will take on Calvary.

A win will brighten their chances to top flight football.

There will be a total of 8 matches on Thursday 2nd March.

Kaaro Karungi will host Kyetume FC, Soroti FC will take on Booma.

Luweero United will host Jinja North United while Adjumani Town FC host Northern Gateway in the other games.
