Police FC overcome Ndejje University to maintain perfect start

BET PAWA FUFA Big League took action on Thursday when Police FC overcome Ndejje on a 3-1 score to maintain their 100% winning record.

In a game played at Kavumba Recreation Grounds where many fans had came to cherish the cops, they seemed to be unstoppable.

Brian Obedi could open his account in Police FC in the opening minutes only to reach late to answer Duncan Sseninde’s pass.

Apparently the aggressive Foward didn’t get off track as in the 6th minute he couldn’t do the same mistake.

Obedi started the attack from midifield, Senninde and Raymond Onyai played a one two before the later setted in for Obedi.

Police continued to be a better side as they un utilized a lot of chances when the game continued.

Francis Onekalit saw his powerful shoot saved in to corner by Ndejje University custodian.

Kalanzi could also havee doubled the lead for Police in the 15th minute when Tonny Kiwalaza set him well from a free kick. But he saw his header saved in for a corner by Ndejje University’s custodian.

Furthermore in 60th minute, the students couldn’t survive the second for Police. It was put in by their former student Isaac Ogwang.

Ndejje University picked momentum and played some good football in the later minutes. They could only score a consolation through Enock Omatiira in the 80th minute.

Emmanuel Mugume sealed the 3-1 score for Police in the 90th minute when he tapped in well Reagan Male’s cross.

The results took Police FC to 1st place with 9 points from three games.

On the other side, after Ndejje University failed to pick their first point in the ongoing season. They sit at bottom of the table.
