Uganda’s only representative in this year’s CAF Champions League Vipers SC, has named an 18 man squad.
This squad is set to travel to Morocco as they will be going head to head with Moroccan side Raja Casablanca.
The game will take place on
on Friday at the Complexe Mohammed V in Morocco.
Vipers is set to depart for Morocco on Wednesday very early in the morning.
The club will have a stop over in Istanbul, Turkey as they set to board the Turkish Airways.
The reigning UPL champions defender Livingston Mulondo was named in the squad.
He had suffered a fracture that kept him out of action for 2 months.
Forward Yunus Sentamu also made the squad after recovering from a groin injury.
Winger Marvin Youngman and Najib Yiga didn’t make the squad.
Youngman is recovering from a hamstring injury whereas Yiga is also undergoing treatment for an ankle injury.
Former BUL FC striker Karim Ndugwa won’t play for the club.
This is because he’s cap-tied after featuring for BUL FC in the CAF Confederations Cup.
